so i've been trying (half-heartedly) to find a free yoga routine online for a little while now, and i finally stumbled upon a pretty good one. it focuses on watching your pose and your breathing and doesn't go to far into the hookey stuff, at least not by yoga standards. anyway, if you're looking for a nice relaxing workout, i'd recommend it. it's about an hour long. check it out:
