i've been pretty good about doing yoga every day, though i have missed a few. i got a little bored with the two semi-naked kiwis, though it was fun while it lasted. it's too slow of a routine and i found myself getting restless and distracted. it's a pretty good introduction to yoga, but i wanted something a little more dynamic.
i found another routine on youtube, that's succeeded in kicking my ass. it's more challenging and definitely requires some previous experience. it feels more like a work out and it includes more upper body exercise which i enjoy. i'm a long way from tapping out this routine. i think it'll take months before i can fully do a lot of these poses. the first time i followed this one, it was all i could do to keep up. but i'm finding as i get more familiar with it, i can focus more and more on the poses. hopefully, i'll eventually get to the point where i just think about the breathing. but one step at a time.
youtube continues to be a spotty video streamer, so i'm trying to figure out a way to download from it. a friend of mine mentioned something about it, but i'm still doing recon. i'll let you know what i find out.

i dunno if you want to go through all this...but what i did was download a plug-in called perian and then in safari with your youtube window open you can go to Window>Activity and then find the actual flash file for that video (its usually the largest one listed or you can tell when you open the activity window sometimes you can see it loading) and then double-click that and voila downloaded. or instead just go to the link patryk posted.
